Return and Refund Policy
We have a ‘No Refund’ Policy that most Shopify stores (that are powered like ours) follow.
Since we are powered by different sources, including ones that are from over seas, our return policy is you can NOT return your item, however this also means you can do what you want with the item including:
- resale of the item on personal, public or private sites such as Amazon, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Pinterest, personal websites, LinkTrees, emailing lists and so on as well as
- donating the purchased item away or
- giving the purchased item away as a gift.
Important : it is critical that you understand items can NOT be returned because of the way in which the items are sourced originally however this does allow you to make even more money with the product by resale (reselling the product you have purchased from Inner Vision Innovations without any legal or illegal repercussions, downfalls or anything negative of the sort.
In the special case that you truly dislike your product and you want to get rid of it without making any profits, you can contact us here at innervisioninnovations.contact@gmail.com. Please note that beauty products and bodily cleaning supplies/tools may NOT be sent back due to contamination of the products. We will provide you with a separate address to send the item to and you can just send it there, you will have to pay for shipping so consider reselling the item to make your money back and some. Further return instructions below.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address via email (after you have contacted us at the customer support email above). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (via email) will not be accepted. Reminder: you will NOT be refunded for the product since the process of refunding would be practically impossible due to how our items are sourced. Resale of any undesired products is encouraged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
