Return and Refund Policy

If you have any issues with you product and you wish to return it, submit for a refund via Shopify within the first 30 days (the button to submit refunds should be available soon). If there is no refund button by the time you make your purchase, just feel free to email our support team so they can work with you on getting your money back, you can email them at the following:

In the special case that you truly dislike your product and you want to get rid of it without requesting a refund, you can contact us via our customer support email: innervisioninnovations.contact@gmail.com. Please note that beauty products and bodily cleaning supplies/tools may NOT be sent back due to contamination of the products. We will provide you with a separate address to send the item to and you can just send it there, you will have to pay for shipping so consider reselling the item to make your money back and some. Further return instructions below.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address via email (after you have contacted us at the customer support email above). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (via email) will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
